Gingerbread is one of my all time favourite treats, but can you believe I've never made a gingerbread house before?! Crazy I know, so I had to change that this year and I spent some of Christmas Day & Boxing Day building the perfect gingerbread home! I actually cheated a little bit because I didn't bake the house, I picked up a kit from ikea, but don't tell anyone! I haven't been able to bring myself to eat any of yet, it looks to pretty with it's colourful roof!
